ABOUT US
Third generation farmer and wine maker Petros Roussos decides to cultivate his vineyards and dedicates himself in producing fine wines and promoting Greek grape varieties, and especially Serifiotiko. With 20 years of experience in viniculture, in 2018 he creates the boutique winery “Para…kopois”, a name which fully represents him and the winery, as it is a play on words between the name of the village where he grew up in Syros, Parakopi, and the ancient word “Kopois” which means hard work.
Anezoula Nomikou is our Head of Communications, promoting our wines and also engages in their production process. With studies in economics and marketing, she looks forward to welcoming you with a smile and the spirit of Greek hospitality to take you to a journey in the world of wine.
Finally, our team is completed with oenologist Ilias Roussakis, a graduate of the Agricultural University of Athens with postgraduate studies in oenology in Montpellier and Bordeaux. With extensive experience in the Cycladic vineyard, he is the Consultant of our winery.
