Our goal is to highlight the dynamics of the rare Cycladic grape varieties
With respect to the Greek grape varieties, our winery focuses on the production of a
limited quantity of bottles to maintain the high quality of its wines.
Respecting the principles of sustainability, our winery grows with a “Think Green”
philosophy. It has managed to cover all its needs, such as the cooling of the tanks,
exclusively through its own energy production systems, aiming for zero
environmental footprint. In addition it can cover its water needs by using its own
water extraction s ystem from the ground (borehole).
Also, it applies biological management of its waste, as all the by-products of wine
making (stem leaves, lees etv) are utilized for the production of Greek tsipouro and
fertilizers, resulting in zero pollutants and applying sustainable farming practices.
